vegetables in different proportions (carrots, peppers, CELERY-TURNIPS, cucumbers, fennels, artichokes, capers), water, green olives, black olives with colour stabilizer ferrous gluconate, cultivated mushrooms "Agaricus bisporus", sunflower oil, salt, sugar, wine vinegar, acidifier citric acid, antioxidant ascorbic acid and SULPHUR DIOXIDE, flavours. The product may contain olive stones or stone pieces.

Instruction for use: drain the product before pouring in the rice salad, then enrich as wished. The presence of oil emulsion on the top is determined by natural processing method.
Once opened keep refrigerated, in their own liquid, consume within 3 days.
