D'Amico and Robo at TUTTOFOOD 2026

D’Amico and Robo announce their participation in TUTTOFOOD 2026, the international food and beverage exhibition taking place in Milan from 11 to 14 May.

 

This year, the D’Amico Group returns to the fair, reaffirming the concept ‘Il Verde che ci unisce’ (The Green that unites us), a visual and values-based language that expresses its vision of quality and connection. The Group will welcome visitors to Hall 7 – Stand D01, designed as an immersive environment where green becomes an experience: a space that welcomes, connects and tells the story, through design, of the Group’s philosophy and its way of interpreting taste. The slogan “Il verde che ci unisce” (The green that unites us), in fact, is not merely a communication campaign that will dominate Milan during Tuttofood, but encapsulates the brand’s philosophy: an invitation to share the pleasure of good food through a colour that becomes a symbol of nature, positivity and authenticity. Verde D’Amico is not just a shade, but a way of being: it conveys the freshness of the ingredients, a love of tradition and the energy of a company in constant evolution. The new Pesto D’Amico range

 

The new products for 2026 mark the launch of the new Pesto D’Amico range, a collection that brings creativity, flavour and a completely revamped look to the table. ‘All set, it’s all about pesto!’ is not just a slogan, but the very essence of a range designed to satisfy every palate thanks to versatile, contemporary recipes, accompanied by youthful, eye-catching and irresistible packaging.

 

The labels stand out for their modern, appealing design, built around a palette of bright, vibrant colours that catches the eye and speaks directly to the younger generation.

Robo brings its Crunchy range to TUTTOFOOD

 

The Robo brand, meanwhile, is showcasing its Crunchy range, a selection of crunchy ingredients designed for the professional sector and for those seeking new and surprising textures.

The range includes: tomato flakes, lemon flakes, sliced asparagus, capers and Leccino olives.

A range that expands the creative possibilities for chefs and HoReCa professionals, offering practical, versatile and visually striking solutions.

 

Show cooking, tastings and special events

The stand will host show cooking sessions and tastings dedicated to professionals, buyers and enthusiasts. Michele Bufano, the brand’s official chef, will present original recipes designed to showcase D’Amico and Robo products to their best advantage; special guest Vincenzo Abbate, a master pizza chef, will reinterpret Italian tradition with surprising creations.

12 May: Nicolò Curzi will showcase the winning sandwich from the Veggie Style 2025 contest, ‘Fresco di Zona’ – a sandwich with an elegant structure, an explosion of authentic flavours achieved through the skilful use of D’Amico’s Zucchine alla Caprese, integrated into a preparation that combines freshness and technique
