D’AMICO AWARDED THE 2025 INDUSTRIA FELIX PRIZE

The D’Amico Group was awarded in Milan at Palazzo Mezzanotte with the Industria Felix Prize – L’Italia che compete, an award recognizing the 124 Italian companies with the strongest managerial and financial performance, based on a survey conducted by Industria Felix Magazine in collaboration with Cerved.

Now in its 67th edition and hosted by Maria Soave and Elisa Isoardi, the ceremony brought together entrepreneurs, top managers, and representatives from the economic and institutional spheres, reaffirming the central role of Italy’s productive fabric in driving the country’s growth. The survey—based on 2023 financial statements—highlights a consolidating production system, supported by the dynamism of SMEs, the strength of high-tech supply chains, and a territorial distribution led by a strong North and a growing South.

Founded in 1968, D’Amico has built a strong identity over time, based on values that guide every decision: product quality and care, ensured through careful selection of raw materials and certified processes; respect for people, talent development and the promotion of a collaborative work environment; responsibility towards the territory, communities, and production chains it works with; sustainability as a daily commitment, aimed at protecting resources, reducing impacts, and developing efficient models; constant innovation, to anticipate changes in markets and consumers needs without never losing its family-owned identity. These values—deeply rooted in Italian tradition but projected into the future—have contributed to D’Amico’s positioning.

Accepting the award, Maria D’Amico, Marketing & Sustainability Manager, stated: “This recognition is an honor, and I dedicate it to the people of D’Amico: their passion and professionalism make every achievement possible. Our company is deeply rooted in tradition, yet has always looked to innovation and sustainability. This award encourages us to continue with commitment, investing in quality, in people, and in a responsible future.”

For D’Amico, the Industria Felix Prize represents not only confirmation of its managerial and financial strength, but also an incentive to continue investing in what most defines the company: the balance between tradition and innovation, the centrality of quality, attention to people, and commitment to a sustainable development model.

D’Amico thus continues its growth journey, remaining true to the values that have led its vision and strategic choices for nearly sixty years.
