D'Amico, a historic Italian company specializing in food preserves, is proud to announce the start of its collaboration with Vincenzo Abbate, a renowned pizza chef on the national and international scene, who officially joins the team as brand ambassador for the D'Amico Food Service brand.
Vincenzo Abbate is a professional pizza chef known for his technical expertise and ability to enhance raw ingredients through a simple, authentic, and contemporary approach. Specializing in dough, leavening techniques, and toppings, he has gained experience in pizzerias, consulting, and training activities aimed at the Ho.Re.Ca. sector. His vision—based on quality, research, and respect for Italian tradition—fits perfectly with D'Amico's values, making him the ideal interpreter to describe and enhance the use of products in a professional setting. Thanks to his experience, D'Amico products become toppings that are not only tasty but also highly functional, as they guarantee speed of preparation, standardization of results, and careful management of food costs.

The collaboration includes a series of activities such as training sessions, cooking demonstrations, and workshops that will be organized with the aim of supporting distributors, partners, and professionals in the creation of authentic and contemporary dishes.
Among the events already confirmed, Vincenzo Abbate will be a guest at activities and demonstrations during the main trade fairs in the sector, including TUTTOFOOD, one of the leading international events for food & beverage, where he will demonstrate the use of D'Amico's excellent products in recipes designed for modern catering.
