Specializing in dough, leavening techniques, and toppings, he has gained experience in pizzerias, consulting, and training activities aimed at the Ho.Re.Ca. sector. His vision—based on quality, research, and respect for Italian tradition—fits perfectly with D'Amico's values, making him the ideal interpreter to describe and enhance the use of products in a professional setting.
