Roast lamb with vegetables and Itrana olives

Ingredients

1 kg lamb chops - 2 bell peppers - 2 zucchini - sage leaves - 1 clove of garlic - ½ onion - sage and rosemary to taste - salt and pepper to taste - sour cream to taste - Itrana D'Amico olives to taste

Instructions

Brown the chopped onion in a pan with a drizzle of oil.

Add the chops and cook until flavorful.

Wash and chop the peppers and zucchini and add them to the meat, then pour in a ladleful of hot water.

Transfer the lamb to the oven at 180°C and cook for 45 minutes. Add sour cream to the cooking juices and the Itrana olives and leave in the oven for another 5 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper and flavor with sage leaves.

Serve the baked lamb with vegetables and olives piping hot.
