Bruschetta with cream cheese, sundried tomatoes, and capers

Ingredients

FOR 2 PEOPLE: 2 slices of bread - extra virgin olive oil to taste - 160 g cream cheese - salt and pepper to taste - fresh basil - 60 g D'Amico Sundried Tomatoes - 6 g D'Amico Small Rock Capers n° 7 Vinegar Pickled

Instructions

Drizzle a little oil on the bread and toast it quickly in the oven at 375°F.

Season the cream cheese with oil, salt, pepper, and basil, and mix well. Spread it on the bread slices, add the drained sundried tomatoes and capers.

Garnish with basil leaves and serve.
