Bruschetta with pumpkin and rustic courgettes “Capri Style“ and smoked provola cheese

Ingredients

FOR 4 PEOPLE: 4 slices of homemade bread - extra virgin olive oil to taste - 1 clove of garlic - 120 g pumpkin cream - 65 g smoked provola cheese - 1 jar of D'Amico Rustic Courgettes “Capri Style“ - fresh mint to taste

Instructions

Finely slice the smoked provola cheese.

Peel the garlic clove and rub it thoroughly on the bread slices.

Drizzle the bread slices with a little extra virgin olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 1 minute. Remove the bread from the oven and spread the pumpkin cream on top.

Drain the Caprese-style zucchini well from their preserving liquid.

Spread the provola cheese over the pumpkin cream and bake again until the provola has melted. Remove from the oven.

Spread the Rustic Courgettes “Capri Style“ over the bruschetta and finish by seasoning with fresh mint leaves.
