Bruschetta with bell pepper sauce and sundried tomatoes

Ingredients

FOR 4 PEOPLE: 1 whole baguette - extra virgin olive oil to taste - 260 g D'Amico Pepper Sauce - 1 jar of D'Amico Sundried Tomatoes - 4 sprigs of fresh mint

Instructions

Slice the bread to a thickness of about ½ cm.

Drizzle the bread lightly with extra virgin olive oil and then toast it quickly at 195°C in a preheated oven.

Drain the sundried tomatoes. Spread the bell pepper sauce on the slices of toasted bread and top with a sundried tomato and a fresh mint leaf.
