Bruschette with Cherry Tomatoes and Crushed Olives Naples Style

Ingredients

FOR 2 PEOPLE: 4 bruschetta/friselle - 100 g yellow and red cherry tomatoes - 70 g D'Amico Neapolitan-style crushed olives - ½ clove of garlic - 10 g arugula - salt and oregano to taste - extra virgin olive oil to taste - fresh basil to taste

Instructions

Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes. Add the olives, salt and oregano. Perfume everything with fresh basil. Lightly moisten the bruschetta with water. Rub the garlic on the surface of the bruschetta and garnish with cherry tomatoes, olives and rocket.
