Ingredients
FOR 4 PEOPLE
4 slices of bread for bruschetta
1 clove of garlic
100 g D'Amico Calabrian Sauce
60 g D'Amico Garlic “Marches Style”
20 g olive oil
Fresh basil to taste
Instructions
Rub garlic on the bread slices and drizzle with olive oil.
Toast the bread in the oven at 200°C for 1 minute, spread the Calabrese sauce on top and bake for another 2 minutes. Remove from the oven and garnish with D'Amico Marche-style garlic and fresh basil leaves.
Mozzarella cheese can also be added if desired.
