Artichoke burgers

Ingredients

1 jar of D'Amico Rustic Artichokes “quartered” - 50 g breadcrumbs - 50 g chopped bread - 150 g grated pecorino cheese - 40 g dry scamorza cheese - 3 eggs - salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Drain the artichokes and chop them finely with a knife. Pour the artichokes into a bowl with breadcrumbs, eggs, chopped bread, pecorino cheese, scamorza cheese, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix everything together well.

Place a pastry ring on a sheet of parchment paper. Pour the mixture into the ring and shape it into a classic burger patty. Press down firmly. Coat the burger in a little breadcrumbs and cook in a non-stick pan for about three minutes on each side. Serve as soon as they are caramelized.
