Squid with sauce and Itrana olives

Ingredients

FOR 4 PEOPLE: 650 g squid - 300 g D'Amico Basil Sauce - 120 g D'Amico Itrana Olives in brine - 10 g D'Amico Salted Capers - 20 g white wine - 1 garlic clove - 20 g chopped parsley - 20 g olive oil - salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Wash and clean the squid. Meanwhile, desalt the salted capers in warm water.

Pour the oil into a pan and brown the garlic clove with the parsley; add the squid and after 2 minutes, deglaze with the white wine.

Once the wine has evaporated, add the capers, Itrana olives, and sauce, then cook over low heat for about 6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Place on a plate and serve with toasted bread and a sprinkling of chopped parsley.
