Ingredients
250 g fresh goat cheese -
45 g chopped toasted hazelnuts -
60 g D'Amico Artichokes Creamy Sauce -
endive salad, to taste -
mint, to taste
Instructions
Roll the fresh goat cheese in the chopped toasted hazelnuts. Place on a plate with some endive salad leaves. Garnish the goat cheese with the artichoke sauce.
Finish with sprigs of mint and serve.
