Veal sirloin with mushrooms and pomegranate

Ingredients

FOR 4 PEOPLE: 500 g veal sirloin - 350 g Logrò Sautéed Champignons Mushrooms - 1 sprig of rosemary - 1 garlic clove - salt and pepper to taste - 20 g olive oil - 100 g salad - 1 pomegranate

Instructions

Cut 4 slices of veal sirloin.

Coat the sirloin slices in oil and salt and grill them on a hot griddle until cooked to your liking.

Meanwhile, drain the sautéed mushrooms and quickly toss them in a non-stick pan with oil, garlic, and rosemary. Place the mushrooms on a plate and top with the sliced tenderloin.

Garnish with pomegranate, tender salad greens, ground pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
