Crepes with ham and mixed mushrooms

Ingredients

FOR 2 PEOPLE: FOR THE CREPES: 350 ml milk - 3 eggs - salt to taste - 120 g flour - oil to taste FOR THE FILLING 1 can of Logrò Mixed Mushrooms - 60 g butter - 60 g flour - salt to taste - 500 g milk

FOR THE CREPES

Mix the eggs, flour, and milk until you have a smooth batter.

Grease a frying pan, pour in a ladleful of batter and cook on both sides. Continue until all the batter is used up and set aside.

FOR THE BÉCHAMEL SAUCE

Melt the butter in a small saucepan, add the flour and stir. Add the milk and season with salt. Quickly sauté the mixed mushrooms in a frying pan.

Fill the crêpes with the mushrooms, place them in a baking dish, and sprinkle with béchamel sauce. Bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes, until your crêpes are golden brown. Serve hot.
