Ingredients
FOR 6 PEOPLE:
300 g mozzarella -
extra virgin olive oil to taste -
130 g D'Amico Pistachio Pesto Sauce -
400 g fresh shrimp -
marjoram to taste -
4 yellow cherry tomatoes -
1 lemon -
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cut the mozzarella into small pieces. Clean the shrimp, chop them as you would for a classic tartare, and season with a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper, marjoram, and lemon zest.
Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters and season with oil, salt, and pepper.
Place the mozzarella in small finger food bowls and top with the shrimp tartare. Garnish with the pistachio sauce and cherry tomatoes.
