Ingredients
FOR TWO PEOPLE:
1 jar of Legumix D'Amico -
8 yellow and red cherry tomatoes -
mixed salad leaves and rocket, to taste -
apple cider vinegar, to taste -
salt and pepper, to taste -
extra virgin olive oil, to taste
Instructions
Drain the legumes.
Combine the legumes with the cherry tomatoes cut into quarters and the salad.
Dress the salad with extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, and apple cider vinegar.
Serve!
