Macaroni with bell pepper sauce and provola cheese

Ingredients

FOR TWO PEOPLE: 200 g macaroni - 130 g D'Amico Pepper Creamy Sauce - 30 g grated cheese - 95 g provola cheese - 2 g basil

Instructions

Cook the macaroni in boiling salted water, drain the pasta when it is al dente, transfer it to a bowl and season with the bell pepper sauce.

Add some diced provola cheese and Parmesan cheese, season with basil and mix everything together.

Pour the pasta into a lightly buttered casserole dish and sprinkle with more provola cheese.

Bake at 190°C for about 5 minutes. As soon as the cheese is lightly browned, remove from the oven and serve.
