Mozzarella with roasted peppers and balsamic vinegar

Ingredients

FOR 2 PEOPLE: 2 buffalo mozzarella balls - 200 g D'Amico Chargrilled Peppers “whole and peeled” - extra virgin olive oil to taste - 30 g arugula - pepper to taste - 3 sprigs fresh basil - balsamic vinegar to taste

Instructions

Drain the roasted peppers well. Season the peppers with a little fresh basil. Slice the mozzarella evenly.

Place some arugula on a plate and alternate the mozzarella with the roasted peppers like a classic caprese salad with tomatoes. Finish the dish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a few drops of balsamic vinegar.
