Mozzarella roll with eggplant and ham

Ingredients

FOR 4 PEOPLE: 180 g D'Amico Eggplant Strips “Naples Style“ 150 g sliced cooked ham 110 g tuna in oil Fresh mint to taste 500 g mozzarella sheet Arugula to taste

Instructions

Spread out some plastic wrap on a work surface and place the well-dried mozzarella sheet on top. Arrange the slices of cooked ham, tuna, and eggplant on top of the mozzarella.

Roll up the mozzarella sheet and use the plastic wrap to compact it. Place the roll in the freezer for about 15-20 minutes. Slice as desired and place on a plate with arugula.
