Sautéed porcini mushroom salad with Parmesan shavings and walnuts

Ingredients

FOR 2 PEOPLE: 180 g salad - salt and pepper to taste - 1 jar of D'Amico Sautéed Porcini Mushrooms - 40 g Parmesan shavings - 15 g walnuts - 50 g arugula - 80 g low-fat yogurt - 20 g fig jam - extra virgin olive oil to taste - apple cider vinegar to taste - 1 sprig of fresh thyme

Instructions

Wash and chop the salad. Place it in a bowl with the arugula and season with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

In a container, add the yogurt with the fig jam, a dash of apple cider vinegar, and fresh thyme leaves. Blend, adding oil slowly, until you obtain a smooth sauce.

Drain the porcini mushrooms and add them to the salad together with the walnuts. Dress the salad with the sauce prepared earlier. Place the salad on a plate and dress with the yogurt sauce and Parmesan shavings.
