Quinoa with seasonal fruit

Ingredients

FOR 4 PEOPLE: 1 jar of D'Amico White Quinoa - 1 kiwi - 150 g yellow melon - 150 g pineapple - 1 mango - 1 squeezed lemon - 340 g brown sugar - 20 g water

Instructions

Mix lemon juice, sugar, and water.

Drain the quinoa thoroughly in a sieve and rinse under cold running water.

Cut all the fruit into pieces and add to the quinoa. Add the lemon and sugar dressing and mix well. Season with chopped mint.

Place the bowl in the refrigerator and leave to rest for an hour.
