Ingredients
FOR 6 PEOPLE:
1 jar of D'Amico Rustic Artichokes "quartered” –
80 g egg whites -
Panko breadcrumbs to taste -
1 liter oil for frying
Instructions
Drain the rustic artichokes thoroughly.
Semi-whip the egg white and dip the artichokes in it, then coat them in panko breadcrumbs. Make sure the breading sticks well. Skewer the artichokes.
Fry in hot oil at 175°C and cook until the artichokes are piping hot.
Drain and dry thoroughly on paper towels.
