Ingredients
FOR 2 PEOPLE:
3 slices of white bread for sandwiches -
7 slices of cooked ham -
1 jar of D'Amico Sliced Contadina Champignons -
1 small jar of D'Amico Artichokes Creamy Sauce -
80 g mayonnaise -
salad leaves to taste
Instructions
Drain the mushrooms.
Combine the mayonnaise and artichoke sauce in a bowl and mix well. Spread the artichoke mayonnaise evenly on the slices of white bread.
Fill the sandwich alternately with Neapolitan-style mushrooms, salad, and cooked ham. Repeat the filling in two layers. Cut into triangular slices and serve.
