Savory cream puffs with anchovies, caper berries, and pitted green olives

Ingredients

FOR 20 PROFITEROLES: 20 profiteroles - 1 jar of D'Amico Anchovy Fillets in oil - 1 jar of D'Amico Pitted Green Olives - 1 jar of D'Amico Caperberries “Sicily Style” - 380 g cream cheese spread - salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Season the cream cheese with salt and pepper and place in a piping bag.

Cut off the top of the cream puffs and fill them with the cream cheese mixture.

Garnish as desired with anchovy fillets, green olives, caper berries, and a few cherry tomatoes.
