Ingredients
FOR 2 SERVINGS:
180 g whole wheat spaghetti -
140 g D'Amico Sundried Tomato Sauce -
80 g fresh red tuna tartare -
100 g zucchini -
salt and pepper to taste -
extra virgin olive oil to taste -
fresh basil to taste -
fresh lemon zest
Instructions
Blanch the zucchini in salted water, then blend with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil until creamy.
Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water and drain when al dente. Pour the sun-dried tomato sauce into a bowl and add the spaghetti.
Season the tuna tartare with oil, salt, pepper, and lemon zest. Pour the zucchini cream onto the plate, place the spaghetti on top, and garnish with the tuna tartare and basil leaves.
