Ingredients
FOR 2 PEOPLE:
180 g tofu -
500 g peanut oil for frying -
50 g D'Amico Pistachio Pesto Sauce -
50 g D'Amico Black Olives Creamy Sauce -
1 g soy sauce -
10 g D'Amico Sliced Sundried Tomatoes
Instructions
Heat the oil for frying to 175°C.
Cut the tofu in half and shape it into a rectangle.
Skewer the tofu with an ice cream stick. Dip the tofu into the hot oil and cook for about 4 minutes until crispy on the outside.
Drain well and place on paper towels.
In a bowl, combine the olive sauce with a dash of soy sauce and mix well.
Place the fried tofu on a plate and garnish with pistachio sauce, soy olive sauce, and a sprig of sundried tomato.
