Ingredients
FOR 4 PEOPLE:
8 mini piadina flatbreads -
1 liter oil for frying -
450 g stracciatella cheese -
1 jar of D'Amico Truffle Sauce -
350 g cherry tomatoes -
extra virgin olive oil to taste -
salt and pepper to taste -
1 sprig of fresh basil
Instructions
Using a taco fryer, fry the mini tortillas in hot oil at 175°C until golden brown. Wash and slice the cherry tomatoes, then dress them with extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, salt, and pepper.
Place the stracciatella cheese and cherry tomatoes in the tacos and finish with a generous helping of truffle sauce and a few sprigs of basil.
