Ingredients
FOR TWO PEOPLE:
1 jar of D'Amico Pepper Sauce -
150 g egg tagliolini pasta -
80 g burrata or stracciatella cheese -
2 g fresh basil
Instructions
Cook the tagliolini in boiling salted water. Meanwhile, pour the D'Amico Pepper Sauce into a small pan and adjust the consistency by adding a little of the cooking water.
Drain the tagliolini and mix it into the Pepper Sauce. Add some basil leaves to enhance the flavor. Plate the pasta and garnish with the burrata.
