Ingredients
for 2 people:
n.1 jar of Frijioles D'Amico -
1/2 ladle of water -
1 blonde onion -
rice flour q.s. -
500 g seed oil -
salt q.s. -
lemon juice q.s.
Instructions
Cut the onion into thin rings. Add a little of salt to the onion and stir. Allow the onion to lose some of its water. Coatthe onion with rice flour, pass it thought a sieve, and then fry it in seed oil at 175° until the oil is crispy.
Pour the beans into a small saucepan with ½ ladle of water, bring to the boil, stir and remove from the heat. Add a few drops of lemon to the soup and stir.
Serve the beans on a plate and garnish with crisy onion.
