Soup with legumes, grains, and mushrooms

Ingredients

FOR 2 PEOPLE: 1 D’Amico Cerealmix - 1 can of D’Amico Tris of Sautéed Mushrooms from Veneto - 1 clove of garlic - 1 sprig of rosemary - extra virgin olive oil to taste - 1 bunch of parsley - salt and pepper to taste - 2 slices of toasted bread

Instructions

Pour the D'Amico cereal mix into a small saucepan and bring to the boil for a few minutes.

Drain the mushrooms and sauté them in a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, rosemary, and garlic for about 2 minutes.

Pour the cereal mix onto a plate, place the mushrooms on top, and finish with slices of toasted bread.
