This Privacy Policy covers this web site only and no other websites that are not owned by D&D ITALIA S.P.A and accessed via the link navigation.

This site has been designed with the main function of providing information on the activities of the companies of D&D ITALIA S.P.A. Therefore, in most cases, the collection of the user's personal data is not required.

The processing of personal data is carried out mainly by using electronic procedures and media for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data were collected. The user, however, has the right to obtain the cancellation of his data for legitimate reasons.

Data processing related to web services of this website take place at D&D ITALIA S.P.A., as well as at third-party companies that perform instrumental activities on behalf of the Data controller.  Personal data are only handled by technical personnel of the company, specifically in charge of processing, or others charged with occasional maintenance operations. These persons have received specific instructions on the confidentiality of this data.

Scope of data flow and dissemination
The data may be used by D&D ITALIA S.P.A. employees, as persons in charge of processing, to whom appropriate operating instructions have been given and who act as data processors, under the direction and control of D&D ITALIA S.P.A ., in order to fulfill contractual obligations on behalf of D&D ITALIA S.P.A.
