Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes boiled and mashed
  • 200 gr.  ham
  • drained buffalo mozzarella to taste
  • grated Parmesan, salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 egg yolks
  • chopped parsley as needed
  • 3-4 slices of mortadella
  • D'Amico sautéed mushrooms.
  • butter and breadcrumbs for the mold

Procedimento

Mash the potatoes while still hot and let it cool. 
Go to put everything in a high pan with the addition of parmesan, egg yolks, salt, pepper, parsley. 
Mix coarsely. 
Chopped or better blend the cooked ham. 
Divide the puree into two bowls and add the ham cream in order to obtain a rosé puree. 
We take the mold that we have chosen for this recipe, let's butter it and let it stick to the breadcrumbs of butter.

Spread the white mashed, cover with the mortadella, then the minced mozzarella and the sautéed mushrooms. 
We finish with the rosé puree with ham. 
Cover with baking paper. 
The paper is used to compact the tile without sinking your palm, but also as a protection in cooking.

Put in a hot oven at 200 ° C, static mode at half height for 30-35 minutes, with over the cover of 
paper. 
At the end of cooking let's discover and let cook another 5 minutes. 
Let it cool and then unmold.
