Ingredients

  • 2 Arab sandwiches
  • 150 g of boiled chickpeas
  • 2 red "horn" peppers
  • curry
  • chili pepper
  • parsley
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt

Directions

You can use both canned chickpeas (to be faster) or dried chickpeas soaking the night before and then boiled. Sauté the chickpeas in a pan, over high heat with olive oil, curry and chilli until they are golden and crispy.

In the meantime, cut the peppers into rings and sauté in olive oil, add salt and cook until they are soft. Add the peppers to the chickpeas and mix well. Last step, cut the Arab bread in half and grill it.Fill it with chickpeas and peppers, sprinkle with chopped parsley, close your sandwich and ... taste all the flavors and different textures.
