Ingredients

FOR 2 SERVINGS:

  • n.4 pcs bruschetta
  • 100 gr yellow and red tomatoes
  • 70 gr D'Amico Crushed Olives Naples Style
  • 1/2  clove of garlic
  • 10 gr rocket
  • salt and oregano to taste
  • extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • fresh basil to taste 

Directions

Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes. Add the olives, salt and oregano. Perfume everything with fresh basil. Lightly moisten the bruschetta with water. Rub the garlic on the surface of the bruschetta and garnish with cherry tomatoes, olives and rocket.
