EVERYTHING WE DO IS PART OF A BROADER PLAN: TO CREATE LASTING VALUE!
"...The art of preserving, for generations... I remember my grandfather Mario and my uncle Francesco telling us, as children, how they started D'Amico together... Knowledge handed down, made up of care, precise gestures, and respect for good things. A way to preserve the authentic flavor of food and make it available all year round, with the same care, the same passion, and the desire to bring taste, art, and sustainability to everyone's table..."
Even back then, D'Amico practiced sustainability, perhaps unconsciously, but with great attention to the land, people, and the good of the company. It was concrete sustainability, lived out in everyday actions, in the attention paid to what was produced and to those who made it possible.
The sustainability documents, but above all the Group's Sustainability Report, are a tribute to the founders and a reflection of our daily work. For us, quality comes from the raw material, from the agriculture that generates it to the careful processing in the company, right up to the taste and joy it brings to people's tables. Sustainability is our concrete path: one of responsible innovation, care for the environment, attention to the well-being of our employees and all stakeholders, and constant dialogue with the communities around us.
Thanks to our founders, employees, customers, suppliers, partners, institutions, local communities, and all those who share and contribute their support to this journey.

we care about Company development
Our company, founded in 1968 by brothers Francesco and Mario D’Amico, is now in its third generation. Among the leading Italian companies specializing in the production of canned foods, it is present on the market with the D’Amico, Logrò, and Montello brands. Since 2018, with the acquisition of Robo and Dega, it has strengthened its presence in the out-of-home distribution sector, entering the Ho.Re.Ca. world.
Over the years, with its production plants in Pontecagnano and Rovereto, it has distinguished itself for its high quality standards in its processes and services, for its careful selection of raw materials, for its constant research into new products and innovative processing methods. Its technologically advanced production systems and absolute dedication to the customer make it a "human" yet effectively automated company.
The ethics of our actions have always had considerable weight, influencing and having influenced all our choices. The objectives, challenges, and goals we have set ourselves cannot but be subject to this ethic.
We disseminate our Code of Ethics so that it can serve as a guide for those who, like us, believe in this company and want to be part of it, guaranteeing their rights full respect, to lay the foundations for a moral agreement of cooperation that is beneficial to all parties involved. Working transparently and establishing rules of conduct means narrowing the scope for arbitrary behavior and clarifying unequivocally what is considered deviation.
